Personal data:

Pursuant to European Regulation no 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Maison Royère collects personal data of the customers for the purpose of processing their order, delivery, the establishment of invoices by Maison Royère and the identification of the customers.
“Personal data” refers to information concerning the customers as a natural person, communicated voluntarily by the customers. Personal data thus includes nominative data (such as surname, first names, contact details...).
Maison Royère protects the privacy of the customers by respecting the legislation in force. 
In accordance with the French law “Informatique et libertés” no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 amended by law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004 and the General Regulations on Data Protection, the customer has a right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of information concerning him and a right to object to the processing of his/her/it data.
