Rouleaux Sofa
Created in 1937, the Rouleaux sofa is one of the first creations of Jean Royère foreshadowing the biomorphic form of the Polar-Bear sofa. The curved line of the backrest softly ends with the two wide armrests in the shape of a roll, which give the proportions a certain generosity. The arms are both fitted with springs, which combined with the deep seat, when reclining, result in a piece of unparalleled comfort..
